  I have a very positive and very negative comment to share, so I will share the negative for those reading and getting ready to go for a purchase at ACR.
  
  BEWARE OF THE MASK PRICES: Make sure you do your homework before you make a purchase on your mask. Upon fitting a mask at Aquatic Center of Rochester I decided to make the purchase of the mask that was $75 and the snorkel of $59. Before making the purchase, I tried to find the items online to compare prices. I was unable to find the mask online, but I did find the snorkels that they were selling and they were “right on point” with the prices found online; therefore I felt that the mask price was appropriate. After getting home, I did look up the true name of the mask in the packaging with P/N and found consistently the prices of $32-39 at different scuba stores and amazon. So, I could have bought 2 masks online for the price of 1 over at Aquatic Center of Rochester.
  
  My experience: Upon entering ACR on a snowy day, I was greeted quickly by staff, which they were very helpful and were able to help me with all my questions along with an elaborate mask fitting. Staff was very friendly and competent, which I was able to spend 1.5 hours in the store before I made my purchase, which I cannot express enough with how please I was with the service of the staff. As I stated above, I was very pleased at the time I made the purchase until I was able to look at the P/N on the package and paid $40 more for the mask. Like I told Diane at ACR earlier today, “[L]ook, if the price of the mask was $10-15 more than online prices I would be fine to support local business, but paying double for a product is just not right.” Yes, on the receipt that was given to me says, “Returns are for Exchange or Store Credit Only Within 10 Days of Sale”, which I understand and respect the business’ decision on. However, I felt swindled when learning that I paid double for an item.
  
  The thing that made me really upset with is when discussing with Diane at ACR she told me “I’ve seen this mask online vary in prices … I think we will be [discontinuing] that mask.” So, thinking to myself “You knew these prices you were selling for were high for this product and you still continued to sell it over-priced?” These statements here has propagated me to write this and to look for another business for when my wife and I want to progress our activities to learn scuba diving and equipment needs.
